Shipping policy

Pre-orders

PLEASE ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE FUFILLED. WE POST SHIPPING UPDATES AND ANY DELAYS ON OUR INSTAGRAM.

After pre-orders close, please expect 4 weeks of production of the product, 1-1.5 weeks of international shipping of the bulk order to use, then 1 week of shipping all orders out.

We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner. Once an order has been processed, it is possible to make any modifications to it within a week.

We are not liable or responsible for any import taxes and duties your country imposes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.

Shipping Issues

If your order has been "returned to sender" for any reason, we cannot accept any responsibility for it. If the package needs to be reshipped, please email us with the correct address (thecolearchive@gmail.com) or DM me on Instagram.

We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Once a package has been scanned in by the postal provider, it is no longer our responsibility and now under their jurisdiction to deliver the package safely to you. 

If you're packaged has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please open an investigation with your carrier.
